Unshipped Orders / Cancelations

If you decide to cancel, contact us within 24 hours after placing the orders and we would help to cancel.
When the order is canceled, we will refund it in full according to the from of original payment.

Shipped Orders

Tariffs are included in commodity prices, for intentional shipments, if there is any tariff problem, please pay the tariff according to the customs requirements first. After the goods are signed successfully, we will compensate you according to the actual tariff amount.
If the order has been delivered, sorry that we can't intercept the order in transit.
Please contact us after receipt.

Signed Orders

If there is any product matter, please apply for after-sales within 30 days from the ship date, and provide the proof. Quality matters include opening, breakage, and fading. Please share the information with our customer service: service@thegeom.com. 
After the confirmation, we will give a full refund without charging any extra fees. 
For other reasons, please contact our customer service in time, you might need to send the products to the designated address, and you need to cover the freight.

We provide free shipping on eligible orders, plus paid Express Couriers as an alternative option.

Track Your Order

A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment. 
For customers in US who select economy shipping, to track the order, you can get daily updates from the local shipping partner USPS.

Our store prices are in USD when checkout. All transactions will be handled in USD through Paypal or Stripe at the checkout page.
