ARE YOU GUYS SHIPPING AS NORMAL?
We are. We work with logistic partners to face the changing circumstances in different regions on a daily basis; minor delays are happening internationally.
Our most recent update is that we're currently shipping from our fulfilment centres daily. It would take maximum 2 days for you to receive your shipping confirmation email. Please don't worry, we've received your order & are working as quickly as we can to dispatch it, without compromising the safety of our team.

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?
Unfortunately, we aren’t able to amend the delivery address of your order once it’s been shipped.
SO WHAT IF I’M NOT THERE TO RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?
We would work with the courier together to contact you and confirm the package handling. The courier may leave your order in a safe place at the address if it’s student accommodation or your place of work, or keep it in post office for you to pick up after.
If no one else can accept the delivery with the delivery address, it will be returned to us and you’ll be refunded in full.
HAS COVID-19 IMPACTED YOUR MANUFACTURING?
Currently, our production operations haven’t been impacted much by the spread of COVID-19. However, some SKU stocks are facing shortage and will be recovered soon. We’re monitoring the situation closely, working with local authorities in affected regions and following the advice of the World Health Organization. The welfare and health of our partners are a top priority for us. Should the authorities recommend taking additional action, we’ll be sure to follow their guidance.
